Leslie Sibbitt

Leslie and her husband bought a 1923 bungalow in Tampa Heights in 2001 and have lovingly restored it keeping its vintage glory. In 2004 when Leslie decided to get her real estate license, she thought of the various neighborhoods in Tampa where she should market herself, and thought… ‘why not my own neighborhood because I know it the best!’ And so she did. She started knocking on doors and telling all her neighbors, family and friends that she was selling real estate full time. She got her first listing in Tampa Heights, and then another one and helped some buyers along the way and the good word spread, so much so that now 20 years later, her clients have nicknamed her ‘Queen of The Heights’.
